Due to the nature of our delicate formulas, many of our products require protection from air and external contaminates. We have updated our packaging design, featuring a convenient cap and simple pump, eliminated the need to twist the dispenser up and down to open and close.
The updated design maintains our trusted airless packaging to ensure freshness and no oxidation to your favorite RA formulas. We encourage you to replace the cap after each use to prevent air and other contaminates from degrading the product.
How to Prime Your Bottle
STEP 1 – Remove the cap from the bottle.
STEP 2 – Prime the bottle – slowly pump the dispenser – keep in mind, you may need to turn the bottle upside-down. It may take up to 20 pumps before the product begins to dispense.
STEP 3 – Replace the cap onto the bottle.

How to Prime Your Bottle
Using our twist-up airless packaging for the first time? Here is our three-step process to get the product moving:
STEP 1 – Gently twist counter-clockwise with one hand on the pump and the other on the body, until you hear it click. DO NOT twist further.
STEP 2 – Prime the bottle – slowly pump the dispenser – keep in mind, you may need to turn the bottle is upside-down. It may take up to 20 pumps before it the product begins to dispense.
STEP 3 – Once the product dispenses, twist the bottle clockwise to close, until you hear it click.
TIP
Occasionally when opening the product (twisting it counter-clockwise) the pump and the inner tube may twist together. If this happens, tighten it back, clockwise until you hear it click. Then reopen.
