Return Policy

Please contact 817-410-9899 or orders@rhondaallison.com for a return authorization and letting us know the reason for your return.

Unopened product may be returned within 10 days of receiving order.

We do not take returns on opened product or reactions. If you are unsure if the product will work for your skin, please order our travel size which should last 2-4 weeks depending on the product.

Returns may be shipped via Post Office, FedEx or UPS. Please add all returns to the following address:
